If you haven’t heard, The Lab is our newest and most exciting venture here at Sorry Not Sorry. As both a trained scientist and chef, I wanted to create a space where experimentation, creativity, and community come together — and The Lab is exactly that.
 
It’s our new customer loyalty club for guests who want a seat at the table during our creative process. Think of it as your behind-the-scenes pass to taste, test, and shape the future of our Asian/Mexican fusion menu — before anyone else.
 
I created The Lab because we believe our best ideas come from collaboration—with our team and with YOU. Your palate, perspective, and presence are all a part of what makes this community special. I can’t wait to toast to new beginnings with you.

At SNS, we’re known for hosting fabulous, fun, and inclusive events – and we would be thrilled to do the same for you! We now offer a wide range of options and customizations to match your needs and budget – including semi-private (no-fee) and private (full buyout) event bookings! 🎉

Sorry Not Sorry is available for both OUTDOOR and INDOOR private and semi-private events.  We are able to offer custom food and drink menus, cash bar services, or fully hosted events. Along with our sister company, Vucacious Catering, we have the ability to offer full service event production services.

Do you have an upcoming event? We’ve got you covered. At SNS, we have the right space to host your private or semi-private company luncheons & happy hours, bar & bat mitzvahs, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, brand activations, launch parties, social mixers, wrap parties and more! 🥳

Our festive SNS Back Yard offers ample space and seating, featuring lounge areas with fire pits, and optional heating, throughout. The SNS Lounge is a cozy and welcoming space with sophisticated old world charm, which opens onto an additional front patio for those who prefer a street view.
