Creamy Central Coast burrata paired with lightly blistered cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, Cortopassi olive oil, and crunchy toasted almonds, served with warm brioche. Gluten-free option available upon request.

Every first course on the DineLA menu comes with a complimentary wine pairing, thoughtfully curated by Chef Kim Vu. This week’s pairing features the Lucy Rosé of Pinot Noir, floral, bright, and perfectly balanced to complement the richness of the dish. A small detail that makes a big difference.
