Ron Del Barrilito

The World’s Finest Sipping Rum – Very little has changed during the time that four generations of the Fernández family has been making Ron del Barrilito. Just like in 1880, they still make it in small batches using the exact same methods. They haven’t even changed the bottle’s label! In 1880, Pedro Fernández produced the formula and process used to make Ron del Barrilito. The name came to be because the rum was initially served straight from a little barrel, or “barrilito” in Spanish. The Hacienda’s guests kept asking for more of that delicious rum from “el barrilito” and the rest is history. The 3 Estrellas denomination would be the one and only formula for Ron del Barrilito for the next decades, and 2 Estrellas was birthed at the end of the Prohibition Era in the United States. This is your opportunity to taste the pride of Puerto Rico and it’s history.

Ron Centenario

Costa Rican producer Ron Centenario produces artisanal blended rums aged in white oak barrels that give them nobility, great body, texture and flavor. You’ll have an opportunity to taste through an entire line of extra anejo rums that range from 7 years to 30 years aged. You’ll learn about what makes rum special, why it’s different from other spirits,and the history of it’s making. More importantly, you’ll get to explore fine aged sipping rums – an often overlooked category!

Friday, November 27th

On Friday, November 27th we’ll be helping you celebrate with your friends. Whether you missed your family due to travel restrictions, or you need to get away from your crazy family, join us for Friendsgiving Day. We’ll be offering a Traditional Turkey Plate, a Leftover Thanksgiving Sandwich, and a Hawaiian Thanksgiving Luau Tray. Wash it all down with our huge variety of cocktails, beer, and wine. There is no limit on the number of guests you can have, but you must abide by our Large Party Safety Rules, or else.

Every Tuesday is “Try It Tuesday” at Sorry Not Sorry and will feature an off-the-beaten path spirit or cocktail for you to try at a special price. During the month of November, we’ll have strong features on artisanal aged sipping rums in addition to our huge repertoire of whiskey, tequila, and mezcal.

Whiskey Wednesdays

Do you love Happy Hour? What if happy hour specials were all night long instead of just one hour? That’s exactly what we do on Whiskey Wednesdays – we pour $10 classic whiskey cocktails alongside whiskey flights, and a featured half-priced top-shelf whiskey until closing. Featured items are published on our IG Stories and website are specially priced from open to close.

During the month of November, “Rum Takes Over” Whiskey Wednesday and we’ll be making some of those classic whiskey cocktails with rum instead! Don’t worry, we’ll still have the whiskey versions.

Throwback Thursdays

Every Thursday

Continuing with the “Our Happy Hour Goes All Night” theme, on Throwback Thursdays we pour $10 classic drinks. Our interpretation of “classic” changes on a weekly basis – this week we might serve classic speakeasy era cocktails like gin aviations or gin last words, and next week, we might be feeling classic tiki cocktails like mai tais or daquiris. Keepin it fun for all of us! Featured items are published on our IG Stories and website are specially priced from open to close.

During the month of November, “Rum Takes Over” Throwback Thursday and we’ll be making some of those classic gin cocktails with rum instead! Don’t worry, we’ll still have the gin versions.
